About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Junior IT Project Manager to join our growing Digital and Transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of IT and business change projects. Working closely with experienced Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects that make a real impact across the organisation. From planning and tracking progress to supporting stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery, you’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning, scheduling and delivery of IT projects
- Coordinating communication between internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers
- Maintaining project documentation, timelines, and risk logs
- Tracking progress against milestones and reporting on project status
- Assisting with governance processes from business case through to delivery
- Monitoring risks and escalating issues where required
- Supporting the delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget
- Managing project tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar
- Taking on increasing responsibility as your skills develop
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about building a career in project management. You’ll also bring:

- A basic understanding of project management principles
- Experience using Microsoft Office and project tools
