What you’ll be doing
- Take full ownership of the Property P&L and Capex, treating it as if it were your own budget
- Drive sustainable cost improvements—not just reporting variances, but actively reducing spend
- Partner with Property and Operational leaders to improve processes and decision-making
- Challenge spend and suppliers—ensuring best value, quality, and necessity
- Identify and tackle root causes of cost drivers, delivering long-term efficiencies
- Assess and influence investment cases, ensuring clear returns and business impact
- Increase financial accountability across operational teams through clear insight and ownership
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including the CFO, Head of Property, MDs, and Group Finance
