Role Overview:
Registered Service Manager leading the BIR (Brain Injury Rehabilitation) service, working with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families to enhance independence and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day service running and P&L management.
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Recruit, induct, supervise, appraise and audit medication competency.
- Complete quarterly audits and reports, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual compliance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration.
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury and complex mental health needs.
