Location: Birdwood. Pay starts at £12.34 per hour with a sleep‑in rate of £73.89 per night. Shift pattern: Mixture of day, evening and night shifts including 7:00–14:30, 14:30–17:00, 12:00–22:00, and 22:00–10:00. Sleep‑in shifts run from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am on a rolling 2‑week rota.
