We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor to join our HR team. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Advisor who will play a key role in supporting the employee relations function in a fast paced and dynamic HR Team.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills where you will be the first point of contact for managers, via the HR Advisor telephone line and central HR inbox. You will also oversee end to end process for low level ER related cases and occasionally participate with taking notes in formal meetings; ensuring all HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective and efficient management of the HR inbox, including reviewing, prioritising and allocating cases to the relevant HR Advisor.
- Progressing with your ER cases and compiling ER related reports.
- Shadowing HR Advisors and Business Partners in complex ER cases.
- Coaching Managers on day to day ER queries, answering queries and providing basic practical advice to managers in HR policies and procedures, ensuring that confidentiality and compliance with GDPR is maintained at all times.
