We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Change Advisor to join our HR Operations team at an exciting time for the organisation. This is a pivotal role for an HR professional who thrives on managing complex change and wants to make a meaningful, people‑centred impact across the business.
Working closely with managers, leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll help design and deliver organisational change activity that is legally compliant, well‑planned and focused on supporting colleagues through transition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support end‑to‑end organisational change activity, including: restructures and redundancies, TUPE transfers (in and out), service closures, acquisitions and deregistrations.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues arising from change.
- Manage consultations, documentation, risk assessments and employee communications with clarity and consistency.
- Ensure all change activity is compliant with employment legislation, best practice and relevant regulatory requirements (including CQC, where applicable).
- Develop practical tools, guidance and materials to support managers through change processes.
- Act as a trusted HR partner, confidently influencing and challenging decisions where needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong generalist HR experience, including proven involvement in complex organisational change.
- In‑depth knowledge of employment law, particularly redundancy, consultation and TUPE.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience within the care sector and knowledge of regulatory compliance is desirable but not essential.
