Voyage Care is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leaders in delivering a values‑led, high‑performing workforce across a regulated and purpose‑driven organisation. This is a true partnering role, combining strong employee relations expertise with the ability to coach managers, build positive culture, and prepare the business for an increasingly complex employment and regulatory environment.

The role involves working closely with operational and senior leaders to:

  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and constructive challenge
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters and build manager confidence in people management
  • Equip managers to embed the right culture, role‑model values, and recognise positive behaviours
  • Strengthen regulatory readiness, including preparation for increased scrutiny under the Employment Rights Bill and Fair Work Agency
  • Translate employment legislation into clear, practical guidance that supports fair, consistent practice
  • Use workforce data and insight to identify risks, trends, and opportunities

About you:

  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong, up‑to‑date employment law and ER expertise
  • Experience partnering senior leaders in a fast‑paced, operational environment
  • Confidence to influence, coach, and challenge constructively
  • A values‑led, pragmatic approach with strong judgement and resilience
  • Experience in social care, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is desirable.
