Are you ready to make a real impact through expert Employee Relations support? We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfolio—supporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims Assisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system Contributing to training and development initiativesWhat We’re Looking For Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus) Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices CIPD or equivalent HR qualification Excellent communication and influencing skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident managing your own administration and workload IT savvy – especially with Word and Excel Why Join Us?
