Voyage Care is seeking a Fieldcare Supervisor for the Gloucestershire area. You will lead a team of field staff, develop person-centred support plans, and conduct care needs assessments to improve independence for the people we support.
You will also induct new colleagues, carry out supervision/appraisals, maintain medication competencies, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings while reporting to the Branch Manager. On-call duties are included in the week rota.
