Jobtrain in Farnham is seeking a Team Leader to support our nursing service. You will supervise the day-to-day operations, allocate shifts, induct new colleagues, conduct supervision and appraisals, and develop care plans while ensuring medication is ordered and people we support stay safe and independent.
Typical shifts are 7am–7pm and 9am–9pm with alternate weekends as dual senior. Level 3 Health & Social Care and experience in a similar role are preferred. Competitive pay and benefits apply.
