Our residential service in Eastleigh is a welcoming and friendly environment! You will work as part of a dedicated night support team of two waking night staff, supporting up to five adults and ensuring their individual needs are met through a person-centred approach. The role involves providing high-quality support with personal care, alongside supporting individuals with their nutrition and hydration needs. You will promote meaningful social and emotional interaction and engagement for those who are awake during night-time hours, while also undertaking a range of domestic duties to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment, and ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the service throughout the night.

Key Information

Some of our roles require male or female employees only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

This is a 40-hour night position, doing 5 x 10-hour shifts one week followed by 3 x 10-hour shifts the following week on a two-week cycle. The shift times are 9:30pm - 7:30am.
