The service is highly community focused, enabling the people we support to lead meaningful, active lives while promoting independence, choice and person-centred outcomes.

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards
  • Building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement

You will also participate in the on-call rota, subject to service requirements.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven experience driving quality and compliance
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and governance
  • A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or the willingness to enrol and work towards one with Voyage Care's support
  • A passion for delivering outstanding support and positive outcomes

Most importantly, you'll be a visible, supportive leader who enjoys developing teams, building relationships and making a real difference.

We embrace people’s differences and encourage you to Be You.
