We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Male Support Workers with a passion for enhancing quality of life. As a Support Worker with us, you'll help people gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of individuals. Our residential service is welcoming and friendly, and no two days are ever the same.

You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by:

  • Teaching new life skills
  • Assisting with personal care

What we're looking for:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be resilient, flexible, and calm in your approach
  • Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Be confident in reflective practice
  • Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma backgrounds

Typical shifts: Nights, 8pm – 8am
