We are looking for a Behavioural Support Practitioner / Behavioural Therapist to join our residential services across Coventry. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the management of distressing or concerning behaviour of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments and develop effective risk assessments.
- Create and implement detailed behaviour support plans.
- Monitor outcomes for individuals and implement protocols and staff training accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full UK Driving License.
- Flexible approach to working with diverse individuals.
- Proven clinical supervisory experience.
