Voyage Care is seeking a genuine and caring Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our ABI service in Clowne, Chesterfield. The role is 35 hours per week with shifts from 7:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9:30pm, and 9:30pm to 7:30am, requiring flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.
You will help residents gain independence, teach life skills, and support participation in local activities within a supportive team.
