That's why we're looking for an ambitious and passionate Registered Supported Living Manager to lead the development of a brand‑new supported living service in the Mapperley Plains area of Nottingham.

About the Role

As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful leadership and development of the service.

Working closely with operational colleagues and support functions, you will oversee recruitment, team development, quality standards, compliance and service growth.

A significant part of the role will involve establishing the service locally, developing relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals, and promoting confidence in the provision.

You will also lead and inspire your team to deliver consistently high standards of support, ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of every decision.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational leadership skills combined with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support and positive outcomes.
  • Experience as a Registered Supported Living Manager, Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
  • A background supporting people with mental health needs.
  • A strong understanding of person‑centred support, quality assurance, compliance and service performance.
  • The ability to develop and inspire teams, creating a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with families, professionals, commissioners and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to helping people gain greater independence and live the life they choose.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach with the drive to help establish and grow a successful service.
  • A Level5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • The ability to register with CQC.
