We’re seeking a dedicated Scheme Leader to join our supported living service in Urmston. This welcoming environment features a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people.
As a Scheme Leader, you\’ll help people gain independence while assisting the Manager with daily supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision and appraisals, developing care plans, ordering medication, supporting financial management for the people we support, and managing the service in the manager\’s absence. You will remain central to providing day-to-day support, maintaining our core mission of making a difference.
This role is ideal for someone eager to impact lives positively, helping colleagues grow in confidence and supporting individuals to meet their goals.
Our ideal Scheme Leader will have previous experience in a similar role, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
