You will deploy care delivery colleagues, manage essential documentation for new admissions, discharges and transfers, and ensure administrative tasks are completed in line with regulations.
You will monitor live calls with bespoke software, be the first point of contact for day-to-day needs, and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies while handling enquiries and scheduling meetings.
