Our service is a vibrant, active and compassionate service supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex health needs. It’s a busy, lively home with 26 people who enjoy meaningful days filled with activities, community involvement, social opportunities and strong relationships with their support teams. As our Registered Service Manager, you’ll bring confident, compassionate leadership to a large and skilled staff team. You’ll work closely with an experienced Deputy Manager, established Team Leaders and a dedicated nursing team who deliver exceptional clinical care every day. This is a dynamic service that benefits from strong multidisciplinary partnerships and excellent internal relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a large team across a busy, complex and fast‑paced service
- Maintaining high‑quality care, clinical governance and CQC compliance
- Supporting complex health needs, alongside qualified nurses
- Embedding person‑centred care and meaningful outcomes
- Overseeing medication governance, audits and operational performance
- Working closely with families, local authorities and healthcare partners
About you:
- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a senior management role in a clinical LD setting
- A strong understanding of complex health needs or nursing‑led practice
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a large team
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality frameworks
- A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your passion for excellent care and skilled leadership.
