The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Hourly pay £13.72 per hour increasing to £14.22 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (terms & conditions apply).

Typical shifts: Mon to Sun – Waking nights 10pm to 8am.

Responsibilities

  • Help individuals gain greater independence in daily life.
  • Support people with behaviours of distress, autism, and mental health needs, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and community access.
  • Encourage participation in local community activities and provide social interaction.
  • Integrate people into community and develop new life skills.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team, following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Resilient, flexible and composed approach to care.
  • Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Worked with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
  • Background check (DBS) and references to be provided.

Our residential service in Burnley is creating two self-contained apartments for people with Enhanced and Complex Care needs. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and specialist environment where each day presents new challenges.
