Responsibilities
- Help individuals gain greater independence in daily life.
- Support people with behaviours of distress, autism, and mental health needs, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and community access.
- Encourage participation in local community activities and provide social interaction.
- Integrate people into community and develop new life skills.
- Work as part of a dynamic team, following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Resilient, flexible and composed approach to care.
- Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
- Worked with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
- Background check (DBS) and references to be provided.

Our residential service in Burnley is creating two self-contained apartments for people with Enhanced and Complex Care needs. This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and specialist environment where each day presents new challenges.
