Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Bulkington. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities:
- Help people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
- Assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
- Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support with supervision, order medication and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
- Maintain focus on why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
