About the role
We're looking for caring, resilient and hands-on Male Support Workers to join our team in Gillingham. - Maintaining relationships with family and friends
This is an active service, so you'll need to be comfortable supporting people to participate in a variety of community-based activities. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable, and confident drivers are particularly encouraged to apply.
Experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours of distress would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
