Key Responsibilities

  • Support people to gain independence in daily life.
  • Assist with personal care, life skills, and accessing local communities.
  • Encourage socialisation and engage in activities such as bar visits, video games, films and cinema.
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Work with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.
  • Maintain a supportive and flexible approach, be resilient, flexible and composed.
  • Work with a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Reflective practice experience.
  • Experience working with people requiring enhanced support (behaviour of distress, mental health, autism, forensic histories, trauma).
  • Resilient, flexible and composed.

Working Hours & Pay

  • Typical shifts: Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 20:30, working two shifts a week including alternate weekends.
  • Pay: £13.14 per hour.
