Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead our Gravely Hill residential service. You will manage a dynamic team and help people gain more independence in daily life.
You will develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, supervise, complete medication competencies and audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and prepare reports for the Registered Manager. You’ll also participate in the on-call rota.
