We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers who help people gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. The role is based at our residential service in Beith and includes both day and night shifts. The night shift involves supporting night routines, cleaning, house‑keeping duties, completing relevant paperwork and providing ongoing support to individuals throughout the night.

Responsibilities

  • Assist people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Support personal care, life skills development and socialisation.
  • Encourage individuals to access local communities and engage in activities.
  • Participate in night routines, cleaning, house‑keeping duties and complete relevant paperwork.
  • Provide continuous support to individuals throughout the night.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Resilient, flexible and composed approach to work.
  • Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
