We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in Farnham This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas’ including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
As a Registered Nurse with us you\’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Registered Nurse’s are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Registered Nurse’s are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care colleagues. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Registered Nurses are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.
We’re interested in our Registered Nurses having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Registered Nurses should have a UK based nursing qualification as well as relevant experience working as an RGN, RMN or RNLD and be registered with the NMC.
