Managing Director
Location: South East Region
A rare opportunity has arisen for a proven senior leader to join a fantastic organisation at the leading edge of adult social care sector. Do you have a passion for empowering colleagues to provide outstanding care and support that helps people with complex needs live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives? If so, this role within the Voyage Care family could be for you!
As Managing Director, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team, with responsibility for leading our South-East region. This exciting role has become available and you will lead a stable operational management team supportingboth regulated and non-regulated services for people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and other complex needs.
You will live our ETHOS values and be a visible leader in your region, inspiring colleagues to reach their potential. You’ll work closely with your operational management team to nurture the development of all colleagues across the South-East, ensuring they understand how they contribute to the delivery of great care and support; our purpose. You will demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement, driving commercial success and sustainability to maintain our exceptional, sector leading performance.
