We’re excited to welcome our next teammate to our global Sales development team, focusing on the UK region. This is not a typical high-volume sales development role. At Voyado, we work within a clearly defined niche - retail and e-commerce, and that changes everything! Instead of calling 100 random companies a day, you’ll deep-dive into a carefully selected group of brands, understand their business, and craft creative, thoughtful outreach.
If you’re curious about how e-commerce brands grow, love investigating companies and decision-makers, and enjoy combining strategy with creativity in your outreach, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be part of our Global Sales Development team and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers to strategically expand our footprint in the region.
You’ll become an expert in:

- The systems brands use (e.g. e-com platforms, CRM, loyalty tools)
- Their growth ambitions and operational challenges
- The people behind the brands - from CRM Managers to CMOs
This role is part research, part strategy, part creativity, and part relationship-building. With a large focus on results and winning over new customers.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Research-first prospecting
- Identify and deeply understand selected retail and e-commerce brands in the UK
- Map stakeholders, decision-makers and tech stacks
- Spot triggers: expansion, rebranding, new markets, funding, platform changes
- Strategic & creative outreach
