Requirements

  • Understand systems such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Enjoy solving operational problems and improving workflows
  • Are collaborative, proactive, and curious about AI
  • You do not need to be a full-stack engineer; what matters most is your mindset, execution capability, and willingness to learn

What the job involves

  • We’re now looking for a Go To Market Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team
  • You’ll help Voyado move from pockets of impressive AI usage to something scalable, structured, and embedded across the organisation
  • Working closely with RevOps, Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer teams, you’ll identify opportunities, build solutions, and help scale AI across the revenue organisation
  • As a GTM Engineer, you’ll help identify, prioritise, build, and operationalise AI-driven workflows and automations across the full revenue lifecycle
  • A key part of the role is understanding where commercial teams lose time, where workflows break down, and where AI can create meaningful operational impact
  • You’ll work closely with Revenue Leadership, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve efficiency, reduce administrative work, and create scalable ways of working across the organisation
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation across the revenue organisation
  • Run workshops and collaborate with commercial stakeholders
  • Build AI agents, workflows, and automations connected to platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot
  • Create practical AI use cases that reduce admin work and increase customer-facing time
  • Support implementation, adoption, and scalability across teams
