About the Role

As an Account Executive you’ll own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to closing high‑value deals with mid‑to‑large retailers across the UK and Ireland. You’ll develop new business, expand our market presence, and position Voyado as the go‑to solution for retail and e‑commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead negotiations, including pricing, structure, and expansion paths.
  • Engage with retailers and e‑commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high‑value deals.
  • A structured, value‑based approach to selling – leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Experience working in a partner‑dense product landscape, navigating complex ecosystems and collaborating with partners and integrations to create customer value and drive business growth.
  • You’re a native‑level English speaker who communicates with professionalism, clarity, and persuasive impact.
  • Experience within retail, e‑commerce, CRM, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
