The Opportunity

You’ll join Voy’s clinical leadership, working at the heart of how we design, deliver, and continuously improve safe, evidence-based weight management care. This entrepreneurial role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, digital innovation, and product development — partnering closely with governance, data, research, product, and operations teams to shape clinically-led solutions that improve outcomes for patients at scale. This role has a direct impact on Voy’s mission by ensuring our weight loss services remain safe, compliant, and grounded in the latest clinical evidence while enabling innovation across our digital platform. You’ll have the autonomy to lead clinical strategy in key initiatives, influence product development, and help define the future of evidence-based weight management in digital healthcare.

What you’ll do

  • Lead clinically driven projects across governance, data, research, product, and operations to ensure safe, evidence-based service delivery.
  • Lead the design, development, and ongoing optimisation of Voy’s evidence-based weight loss coaching programme to deliver measurable, sustainable patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance to stakeholders, support NHS Tier 2 and Tier 3 service readiness.
  • Own and maintain clinical risk assessments, policies, and procedures across weight management services.
  • Ensure all relevant product and service changes are DCB0129 compliant through clinical co-creation, safety review, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and translate emerging clinical evidence and new treatments into practice, pathways, and service improvements.
  • Conduct horizon scanning to identify strategic opportunities within the weight loss market and clinical landscape.
  • Develop educational content and contribute case studies to Grand Rounds, internal learning, and external clinical forums - including representing Voy externally at conferences and industry events.

Who you are

  • Registered medical professional with significant clinical experience in weight management or obesity care.
  • Experienced working at a senior level within a digital health organisation.
  • Takes full ownership of clinical governance, safety, and quality within complex healthcare environments.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate clinical evidence into scalable, real-world solutions.
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally and influencing decision-making across technical and non-clinical teams.
  • Strong educator and communicator, able to upskill teams and explain complex clinical concepts clearly.
  • Proactive and future-focused, with a strong interest in emerging treatments and innovation in weight management.
  • Data-informed decision maker who balances clinical judgement with measurable outcomes and risk management.

Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men’s health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we’re on a mission to prove there’s a better way. In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way). Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
