The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our close-knit team at Voy, a rapidly growing specialist distance selling pharmacy based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We accept applications from both qualified dispensers and non-qualified candidates, who are keen to learn and progress!
In this role, you will provide invaluable support behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth preparation, assembly, and packaging of orders in our modern facility. Because we are a digital pharmacy closed to the general public, you will enjoy a focused environment with no face-to-face customers, phone calls, or commissioned pharmacy services to manage. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a booming digital health company. You will work directly with a friendly, supportive on-site team while collaborating with our wider support network in London. We are deeply invested in your future—Voy will fully fund GPhC-accredited training courses to help you progress your career in pharmacy, all while you enjoy a casual, fun, and fast-paced atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Accurate Order Preparation: Efficiently assemble, package, and prepare pharmacy orders to ensure patients receive their treatments accurately and on time.
- Warehouse Operations: Support essential warehouse-based tasks, maintaining an organized and seamless workflow across the pharmacy floor.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Utilise our custom-built digital pharmacy system and operate our advanced robot packaging system (full training provided).
- Maintain High Quality Standards: Uphold strict health and safety protocols, ensuring precision and exceptional attention to detail with every order.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in fully funded GPhC-accredited training courses to continuously build your pharmacy skills and knowledge.
Who You Are
- Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of concentration, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
