We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Operation Associate to join our operations team at Voy, a leading health‑tech company. You will help to coordinate, optimise and support the delivery of our Testosterone Replacement patient programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare, consulting or operations who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end‑to‑end management of patient programs
- Assist in developing and refining our workflows and processes
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and customer support teams
- Monitor patient progress, flagging issues or opportunities for improvement
- Track program KPIs and support reporting/analytics
- Ensure compliance with medical guidelines and company protocols
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, STEM, Business, or a related field
- 1‑2+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations or a related field
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with digital health platforms
- Passionate about patient outcomes and wellness innovation
