We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege. We are growing one of the UK’s most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers, and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine.

We look for forward-thinking Menopause Doctors who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients. Plus, we’ve just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.

The Role

You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
  • Assessing patients and developing tailored, individualised treatment plans, including prescribing multiple forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), supplements, and innovative new products.
  • Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
  • Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
  • Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Actively participating in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance.

Who You Are

  • Qualified medical practitioner with full, unrestricted GMC registration.
  • Additional specialised menopause qualifications (e.g., BMS certification/accreditation) are essential.
  • Proven clinical experience in dedicated menopause care and complex HRT prescribing.
  • A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
  • Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
  • An excellent collaborator, comfortable working across both clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Committed to upholding clinical excellence, top-tier patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.

What We Offer

  • Continuous Growth: CPD, training, and mentorship in a rapidly evolving service led by talented clinicians.
  • Equity: Share options in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital health scale-ups.
  • Health & Wellness: Private medical insurance, plus a comprehensive gym & wellness benefit via Wellhub.
  • Flexibility of remote working.
  • Time Off: 25 days of annual leave, generous parental leave, and flexible working policies.
  • Connection: Regular team events.
