The opportunity You'll join the Lifecycle and Growth team at Voy, working at the intersection of design craft and production infrastructure.
We are building the template system that powers lifecycle, email, and landing page output at scale — this role exists to design it.
You'll create a comprehensive library of high-quality, reusable templates that our AI tools and production team can execute against, freeing strategists to focus on performance rather than production.
This is a systems‑thinking design role with real commercial impact.
The work you do will directly shape how Voy communicates with customers across multiple brands and markets — and how efficiently we can do it at scale.
- What You’ll Do
- Design a full suite of email templates across acquisition, retention, and referral for multiple Voy brands.
- Build modular landing page templates that can be adapted across categories, campaigns, and markets.
- Create a design system with clear rules, components, and variants that non-designers can work within confidently.
- Partner with Lifecycle Managers and Creative Strategists to translate performance needs into effective template structures.
- Document templates in a way that trains AI creation tools to produce on‑brand output at scale.
- QA output from offshore editors and AI tools against your design standards, maintaining quality across the production pipeline.
Who You Are
- A systems thinker who designs for reuse and scale, not just individual executions.
- Has a strong portfolio across email, landing pages, and digital marketing assets — with evidence of scalable design system work.
- Comfortable at the intersection of craft and production: you care deeply about quality and think in components and variants.
- Familiar with AI design tools and how to structure templates for AI‑assisted production workflows.
- Works fast, makes decisions independently, and doesn't need to be pointed at every problem.
- Bonus: experience in DTC, health, or subscription brands.
Tools: Figma, plus familiarity with email production tools (Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar).
