You'll be joining our brand new social-first content team, which we are building from the ground up, bringing together creative strategists, videographers, designers, editors, motion designers and producers. The team sits right at the heart of the growth org, owning performance-ready edits across Meta, TikTok and YouTube and collaborating closely with creative and growth.
This Post-Production Supervisor plays a critical role in helping us build, launch and scale quality content. You will directly influence our ability to grow our performance creative capabilities by owning the post-production process in its entirety to smoothly deliver finished assets.
You will have the autonomy to fully own initiatives, manage a growing team of editors, work closely with producers and creative strategists, and see the tangible results of your work immediately.
What you'll do
- - Manage the entire post-production process for video edits, including shoots and UGC content
- - Oversee a team of 6+ editors (in-house, contractors and freelancers) — this is more a coordinator role than a directly managerial one, but you very much have full responsibility and oversight
- - Translate shoot production briefs into edit briefs
- - Allocate editors weekly based on capacity and provide first-line feedback to editors
- - Set pacing card targets and improve the speed-to-output and quality of our post-production team
- - Work closely with our production team to increase ad volume by 25%+
Who you are
- - A seasoned video editor with project management experience, comfortable setting structure and targets and adhering to deadlines — if not direct video editing experience, then at least fully familiar with the process and with working with editors
- - Comfortable coordinating and interacting with multiple stakeholders (e.g. producers and creative strategists)
- - Able to manage and track a high volume of paid social assets coming from multiple sources (e.g. 100 assets per shoot, an influx of assets from influencers)
- - Strongly familiar with the video editing process, preferably able to use Premiere Pro and with past video editing experience
- - Social-first experience, with strong familiarity with what makes an excellent paid ad on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube
