Our dedicated menopause service, Voy, offers patients expert support from doctors specially trained in menopause care. We combine clinical excellence with world-class digital tools to deliver better outcomes for patients — fast, safe, effective care.
The Role
You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance
- Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Testosterone (where appropriate)
- Supplements and adjunct therapies
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC) with active PIN, or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in women’s health
- Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care
- Additional menopause qualifications (e.g. BMS certification) highly desirable

- A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients
- Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care
- Participation in clinical MDT meetings
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety
- No conflicts of interest
