Voy is a healthcare platform led by clinicians. We support people managing long-term health conditions with treatment plans backed by real evidence. Founded in 2018, we started as MANUAL, focusing on hair loss, weight loss and men’s health. As we grew, we realised we could help more people. In 2025, we became Voy and expanded into more areas of health, including female hair loss, testosterone, menopause, dermatology and diagnostics with Do Health. Today, Voy has around 750,000 active customers and has treated more than 2 million people since we began. We work across the UK, Germany, Brazil and India to make a new future of healthcare a reality. Our vision is simple: to make 100 years of healthy living within reach for everybody. Our mission is to bring quality care to everyone, at scale. We are building the future of menopause care.
As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege. We are growing one of the UK's most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you'll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine. We look for forward-thinking clinicians who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients.
We're looking for talented and passionate Menopause Non-Medical Prescribers to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis.
The Role
- You will provide high-quality menopause care through synchronous (video) consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
- Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Testosterone (where appropriate), supplements, and adjunct therapies.
- Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
- Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
- Collaborating within a diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Maintaining comprehensive, concise, and safe electronic health records (EHR).
*Part time (strict minimum of 22.5 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC with active PIN / V300), or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC / PIP).
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in women's health.
- Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care, including experience prescribing testosterone (essential).
What We Need From You
- A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients.
- Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care.
- Participation in clinical MDT meetings, clinical audits, and cross-specialty case reviews.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
- No conflicts of interest.
What We Offer
- Learn from the best: You'll be trained, mentored, and supported by some of the UK's most experienced menopause clinicians.
- Continuous growth: CPD, formal training, and mentorship through the Voy Menopause Academy.
- Equity: Share options in one of Europe's fastest-growing digital health scale-ups.
- Health & wellness: Private medical insurance, plus a comprehensive gym & wellness benefit via Wellhub.
- Flexibility of remote working.
- Time off: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, and generous parental leave, and flexible working policies.
- Connection: Regular team events.

- Initial talent screen with our Clinical Recruiter.
- First stage interview with Clinical Director of Women's Health.
