The opportunity at Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast – $675m annualised revenue, growing ~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India. This role reports to the Director of Finance & Strategy within a lean, high‑performing team. You will partner closely with leaders across the business – initially focused on Commercial & Growth, with broad exposure across the organisation. The role suits someone who wants to use strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to drive commercial decisions at a rapidly scaling company. We are office‑first, based in Borough, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
What you’ll do:
- Own LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building the analytical foundation that drives acquisition investment decisions.
- Partner with the Growth team to evaluate, allocate and optimise paid media capital – building rigorous frameworks to assess channel performance, marginal returns, and portfolio‑level spend efficiency.
- Build and stress‑test business cases for new strategic investments, from entering new geographies to launching clinical pathways, synthesising commercial, financial and operational inputs into clear go/no‑go recommendations.
- Drive capital allocation decisions across the P&L – determining where to double down and where to pull back.
- Lead commercial performance analysis, identifying the key growth and margin levers across the funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, cross‑sell) and working with business leaders to act on them.
- Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, owning revenue and contribution margin forecasting by segment and translating targets into actionable growth plans.
