The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand and Content team in London. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring creative excellence across all output and developing the Voy brand identity. You will have over five years at brand agencies, similar in-house teams or a combination of both. The ideal candidate will be a thinker and a doer, a passionate and proactive designer who leads by example, demonstrates ownership, thinks strategically and has excellent communication skills across everything they do.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the brand leadership team to create compelling brand communications across a wide range of projects, channels and campaigns.
  • Become a custodian of Voy’s visual identity, applying it effectively from button to billboard, and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Think holistically about the visual identity considering how it comes to life across different mediums, surfaces and scales, at different points in the customer journey.
  • Craft exceptional creative solutions from a clearly articulated idea.
  • Demonstrate autonomy on creative projects leading from concept to execution including presentation creation and narrative.
  • Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and high creative standards.
  • You’ll build relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping them utilise the visual identity effectively for their channels, following up on performance and gathering insights to constantly improve the process.
  • Explore how we can utilise emerging technologies to empower the wider brand design team.
  • Collaborate with our Product design team to ensure a cohesive brand consistency across all surfaces.
  • Create tools, systems, processes and guidelines to help scale the visual identity as the business grows.
  • Direct junior team members and freelancers with different skillsets on creative projects.

Who You Are

  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, visual identity development, and brand campaigns with a high level of execution.
  • You possess a strong skillset that supplements foundational graphic design skills; encompassing digital design, art direction and strategy.
  • You like to ask ‘what if’ and often reject conventional thinking.
  • You’re highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • You’re proactive and able to manage multiple projects while remaining flexible.
  • You know how to handle ambiguity, embrace change, and continue to drive projects forward.
  • You have experience working with and developing a suite of distinct brand codes to create robust brand identities.
  • You have a high level of skill on relevant creative software including Creative Suite and Figma (3D and/or Motion skills a bonus but not essential).
  • You have experience building effective Brand Design Systems and documentation.
