As a Recruiter partnering closely with our Growth Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in helping MANUAL scale impactfully as we continue our mission to scale quality care to everyone. Growth is a core engine of our business, and this role will directly support how we acquire, engage, and retain customers as we expand.

You’ll act as a strategic talent partner to leaders across Growth Marketing - owning end-to-end hiring for high-impact roles and shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Growth roles, from intake through to offer and close.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, lifecycle and creative strategy.
  • Conduct high-quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviours, and alignment with MANUAL’s values.
  • Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, structured hiring process.
  • Manage candidate progression across interview stages, ensuring clear communication and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, including talent availability, compensation, and timelines.
  • Support offer management, approvals, and negotiations in partnership with People and Finance.
Who You Are
  • An experienced in-house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to Growth, Marketing, or Commercial hiring.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with multiple roles and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong at partnering with hiring managers and influencing through data, insight, and clear communication.
  • Confident sourcing proactively and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and follow-through.
  • Passionate about delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Data-driven, using insights to improve hiring outcomes and processes.
  • Aligned with MANUAL’s mission and motivated by building teams that drive meaningful impact.
