Voy is looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-impact, performance-driven design across paid social and digital channels. This role is for a designer who understands that in paid media, every pixel has a job to do. You'll combine strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft to create work that stops the scroll, communicates clearly, and drives action â all while building long-term trust in a regulated healthcare brand.
You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering socialâfirst creative, primarily static but with motion and art direction oversight, across paid social. Working closely with Growth, Copy, and Creative Production, you'll turn performance insights into bold, testable creative ideas designed to be iterated, learned from, and scaled.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative thinking and execution for paid social and digital channels, delivering scrollâstopping static and motionâled design across multiple product categories.
- Develop insightâled creative concepts that balance brand and performance, translating growth objectives into clear, compelling visual ideas.
- Own paid creative projects endâtoâend, from brief through delivery, iteration, and optimisation.
- Maintain a high level of design craft and attention to detail across all outputs, ensuring assets are onâbrand, platformânative, and performanceâoptimised.
- Lead art direction for still and motion content â from concepting and storyboarding to shootâday direction (with Creative Producer) and postâproduction feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriters to turn insights, learnings, and briefs into highâperforming creative.
- Support creative testing roadmaps by producing multiple variations, formats, and iterations to enable rapid learning and optimisation.
- Contribute to improving creative processes, collaboration, and workflow efficiency across teams.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing paid social, performance, or digitalâfirst design.
- Expertâlevel proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience desirable; After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus.
- Strong understanding of how creative performs across paid platforms, including formats, placements, and best practices.
- Confident artâdirecting photography and video from a design perspective, with excellent composition, framing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent typography, layout, and hierarchy skills for clear, effective visual communication.
- Comfortable designing for testing and iteration; understands performance creative evolves through data, feedback, and learning.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to present ideas and collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fastâpaced environment without compromising quality.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and how design choices impact user behaviour and conversion.
