We’re looking for a world-class Director of Growth to own our growth trajectory across our largest and most established product in the UK. In this role you will command a multi-million-pound budget and lead a cross-functional team to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue in our core markets. You will be responsible for localising our global growth playbook and building the new strategies that will unlock the next phase of our European expansion. This is a rare chance to run a significant business unit within one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. You will have significant ownership from day one, a large budget, and a mandate to deliver results. You’ll orchestrate a team of specialists, partner with central leadership, and be directly accountable for hitting our ambitious regional targets as we scale past the £1B ARR milestone. This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ.

What you’ll do

  • Own the growth P&L – Forecast and manage a multi-million-pound annual budget, optimising spend across all channels to deliver against ambitious revenue and CAC efficiency targets.
  • Lead the growth organisation – Directly manage and develop a team of growth and marketing managers, fostering a culture of ownership, rigour, and high performance.
  • Develop and execute the growth strategy – Define the strategic priorities for Weight Loss, making key decisions on channel mix, budget allocation, and market-specific campaigns.
  • Scale new and existing channels – Oversee the day-to-day operations and scaling of all acquisition and retention channels within the region, from performance marketing, CRO, CRM, and lifecycle.
  • Drive market expansion and localisation – Adapt global strategies for local market nuances, and develop the playbook for launching and scaling new products or entering new European countries.
  • Partner cross-functionally – Work hand-in-hand with global leaders in product, brand, data, and commercial to ensure the needs of the UK and European markets are met.
  • Serve as the regional expert – Act as the primary voice for the UK within the global organisation, reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of end-to-end growth leadership, with demonstrable success taking brands from eight to ten figures in revenue.
  • Proven P&L ownership at scale; you have experience managing a budget of at least £10M+ annually and being accountable for the top and bottom-line results.
  • A true player-coach who is equally comfortable setting a multi-quarter strategy and deep-diving into a campaign analysis with a marketing manager.
  • An inspiring people leader who has managed and built interdisciplinary teams; you set clear goals, give candid feedback, and empower your team to succeed.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the European consumer and media landscape, including the nuances of scaling across different countries, cultures, and regulatory environments.
  • Expert in performance marketing, with a strong working knowledge of lifecycle/CRM, CRO, and brand marketing.
  • Thrive in hyper-growth and pace; you bias to action, love building process, and can navigate complexity with a calm, focused approach.
  • An excellent communicator who can influence C-suite and board one minute and break down concepts for junior talent the next.
