Do Health is a mobile-first preventative health product built by a small, autonomous team within Voy. We operate as an independent startup with full autonomy and a modern tech stack - but with the backing and resources of an established company. Co-founded by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, we're on a mission to shift healthcare from treatment to prevention.
We’re building an app that combines regular blood tests, longitudinal health data, behaviour-change principles and AI personalisation to help people make better lifestyle decisions over time. We're looking for someone to take this from zero to nine figures ARR within months, and scale aggressively from there. This is a rare opportunity to build a growth engine from scratch with strategic latitude. You'll own the full funnel: acquisition, activation, monetisation, retention, while sitting at the intersection of product, commercial, and marketing. You'll work with a small, high-calibre squad and have the autonomy to decide not just how to grow, but where to place your bets.
What you'll do:
- Own the commercial P&L model, creating different monetisation strategies that fund and flywheel the next phase of growth.
- Build and execute the growth roadmap from scratch. You'll identify the highest-leverage channels, sequence your bets, and evolve the strategy as you learn.
- Move fast and run high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, and owned channels. You combine qualitative signals with quantitative data. Engineer viral and organic loops, including referral mechanics, content flywheels, community-driven growth. You're always looking for ways to compound growth through efficient channels to support your overall growth roadmap.
- Obsess over the customer. You'll work closely with the product team to sharpen the value proposition, refine messaging, and deepen product-market fit as the user base expands into new segments.
- Shape the brand, partnering with Voy's brand team to build a consumer product that earns trust and stands out in the market.
Who you are:
- You've built something from 0 to 1 before, and scaled it. Whether as a founder, a founding team member, or an early growth hire, you've been accountable for taking a product from nothing to meaningful traction.
- You're a strategist who executes. You can see the big picture, and execute fast to move things forward, without waiting for permission or a perfect team around you.
- You thrive in speed and ambiguity. You're energised by fast-moving environments where priorities shift and you have to figure things out on the fly. You prioritise ruthlessly for highest leverage initiatives.
- You're analytical and data driven. You go deep into the data to support decision making, understanding what is driving the user behaviour and why. You're comfortable being wrong and correcting fast.
- You understand growth mechanics deeply. Paid, organic, viral, content loops. You know how channels actually work, how they compound, and also synergise.
- You care about health. Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you're genuinely curious about how preventative health can change lives.
