Voy's Lifecycle team sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and clinical. You will own campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app, driving growth metrics and commercial outcomes.
You'll design, build, and optimise automated flows, run A/B tests, craft converting copy for multiple segments, and collaborate with lifecycle managers to scale the channel effectively. Experience with Customer.io and analytics tools is a plus.
