Our patented AI voice biometrics and real-time deepfake detection technology deliver secure, language-agnostic, and frictionless authentication across banking, government, telecom, and healthcare.
Role Description
We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of Voxmind’s core integrations, decentralized identity layer, SDKs, and AI agent authentication infrastructure. You’ll work directly with the CTO to design, architect, and deliver technology that connects enterprise systems with decentralized identity and AI-driven continuous verification.
Location: Remote (UK/EU preferred)
Type: Full-time | Founding Team Member | Salary + Equity
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Integration Engineering
- Design, build, and scale Voxmind’s core API and SDK ecosystem (Node.js, Go, Python, TypeScript).
- Develop enterprise-grade integrations with IAM/SSO platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Azure AD (Entra ID), PingIdentity.
- Architect secure OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML authentication flows and role-based access control frameworks.
- Lead integration of multi-tenant and single-tenant deployments for enterprise clients, supporting private VPC and on-prem setups.
- Build automation for onboarding clients via self-service developer sandbox and API key issuance.
AI Agents & Continuous Authentication
- Design AI agent APIs capable of continuous, background authentication during conversations or workflows.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to embed biometric and risk signals into autonomous AI agent pipelines.
- Develop event-driven workflows for proactive fraud detection and adaptive access control using AI reasoning.
Platform & Developer Experience
- Build and maintain Voxmind’s developer portal, documentation hub, and sandbox environment.
- Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and observability across all services (OpenTelemetry, CI/CD pipelines).
- Establish engineering best practices for versioning, SDK release cycles, and developer feedback loops.
KYC, Telecom, and Workflow Integrations
- Build plug-and-play connectors for KYC/AML verification services (Onfido, Trulioo, SumSub).
- Integrate Voxmind’s APIs into telecom and IVR platforms such as Genesys, Twilio, and Avaya for voice-based customer verification.
- Create modular components for rapid deployment in contact centers and mobile onboarding flows.
Decentralized Identity & Blockchain Layer
- Implement Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), Verifiable Credentials (VCs), and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) within Voxmind’s authentication framework.
- Integrate with Web3 wallets and blockchain-based identity networks (e.g. ION, PolygonID, EBSI).
- Develop hybrid workflows to bridge Web2 SSO with Web3 decentralized identity standards.
- Contribute to architecture for secure credential issuance, revocation, and verification APIs.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in full-stack or backend development (Node.js, Go, TypeScript, or Python).
- Proven experience integrating with IAM/SSO platforms (Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, Ping).
- Deep understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and enterprise identity flows.
- Familiarity with blockchain, SSI, DID, and VC standards (W3C, DIF, EBSI).
- Experience with AI or ML system integrations, especially AI agent frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, or custom inference pipelines).
- Hands-on experience building APIs, SDKs, and microservice architectures for scale.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2).
- Early-stage start-up experience, comfortable owning end-to-end technical delivery.
Success in the first 12-18 months
- Launch enterprise-ready Voxmind APIs and SDKs with IAM/SSO integrations.
- Deploy decentralized identity resolver and credential verification layer.
- Deliver telecom and KYC connectors used in pilot programs.
- Release continuous authentication APIs for AI agent workflows.
- Establish developer portal and automation for partner onboarding.
What you will get:
- Founding-level equity and influence on product and architecture.
- Direct collaboration with CTO, AI researchers, and blockchain engineers.
- Opportunity to pioneer a global decentralized identity infrastructure.
- Exposure to enterprise pilots in finance, government, and telecom sectors.
