Voxelmaps is seeking to hire a Recruitment Qualifier to support an upcoming user study collection project in the Leeds, UK area. This is a temporary project-based role and does not guarantee permanent full-time employment. However, strong performance and project success may lead to future opportunities.

Voxelmaps is looking for detail-oriented Recruitment Qualifiers who are passionate about technology, working with people, and supporting the development of AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will assist in screening and qualifying participants for a large-scale study focused on advancing next-generation consumer technology.

Voxelmaps specializes in AI mapping, field data collection, and participant-based research studies. We operate nationally and globally, partnering with some of the world’s leading technology companies to collect high-quality data used to train and improve artificial intelligence systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will call and prescreen all leads generated by the digital marketer and input any additional information into our CRM platform, using our phone software system to call user study test subjects in the United States.
  • If eligibility after initial screening looks promising, you will schedule them for an appointment at our study site.
  • Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential participants.
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
  • This position is remote, and you will need to work from the virtual office alongside other recruiters and recruiting manager.
  • Hours may fluctuate daily; however the work week will be Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with some flexible evening work.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, qualifying and generating new research study participants for our User Study Research Project by conducting lead generation through outreach in the posted area, recruiting candidates who fit demographics/needs for the study.
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed in courteous and professional manner.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of recent experience in a call center or as a high-volume recruiter.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Project Director, Project Manager, Moderators, and Participants.
  • Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through telephone and email.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoys working in a team-oriented, service-focused environment.
  • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge in CRM’s and Scheduling Software.
  • Bilingual a must (English & local language).
  • Must live in Leeds area.

Job Type: Full-Time, temporary contractor position.

Timeline: Start ASAP running to mid-April or early-June, 2026 with possible extension - not guaranteed. Start dates and project timeline can fluctuate and are not guaranteed per client needs.

£15 per hour, paid monthly. Sign-on/Performance bonus offered.
