This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest property owners of Out of Home media assets. Ultimately you will be responsible for negotiating with property owners to acquire existing advertising sites in order to grow the business site portfolio.
You will be looking to drive the overall digital OOH portfolio rollout in the North of England territory via profitable and cost-effective site acquisition. You will be liaising with landlords, planning and legal departments and build project managers.
You will be proactive in generating leads for future acquisitions through your territory knowledge; who is the owner, how long has the site been owned, when the existing contract ends, current rental income?
