The predicted salary is between 40000 - 60000 £ per year.

The lead analyst role is a pivotal role in the agency and the effectiveness team. You will be leading marketing analytics across the agency's clients in retail, travel, finance, skincare amongst others, realising the agency vision of collaborative, transparent and effective business modelling to drive data led marketing decisions.

Sitting at the heart of this role is the requirement to develop business modelling for clients that help them answer key marketing decisions, how media impacts KPIs and what markets to launch into. You will be extremely confident client facing, engaging to help clients with their biggest investment decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business modelling and forecasting.
  • Data analysis. Pulling together data from the client, media tools and partners to pull out key insights and develop norms to build models.
  • Measurement. Creating measurement approaches to answer specific challenges and overseeing those approaches to ensure they are effective and provide key learnings and insights.
  • Effectiveness Frameworks. Creating frameworks to ensure clients understand the short, medium and long term impact of media on KPIs.
  • Presenting. Being able to present the complex and make it simple!

Your Profile: You will have a proven track record of developing unique and actionable insights for clients (or client side) from data analysis and have a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis and forecasting. You will be a strong collaborator who can work effectively across teams and drive projects to completion. You will preferably, although not essential, have some knowledge of media and insight tools (TGI, Touchpoints, GWI etc), effectiveness approaches (MMM, Geo-Testing), an understanding of digital and offline media and how it is changing and generative AI tools (Co-Pilot, Claude).
