The Role
Day to day you will be owning the activation and optimisation of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of large performance clients across paid social, paid search and programmatic display. The clients you'll work with are obsessed with media performance, client spends around £500k per month across the portfolio, and who value agility, precision, accountability and doing the craft well. You'll have lots of autonomy, making your own calls, challenging how things are done and being comfortable rolling your sleeves up across planning, measurement and reporting when needed.

You will have solid hands-on experience within paid media, single channel experience will be considered as long as you have a strong desire to develop your knowledge and expertise across all channels (social, search, display). You will find data interesting, be able to spot trends and insight from large datasets. You will be a clear communicator both in writing and in conversation, have a curious mindset and always have an approach to challenge people's assumptions!
